What the dataset contains

Coverage Map Case Access in Placepoint

A view of the municipalities whose public post journals Placepoint collects to power the Case Access feature. The map shows the population and the number of registered documents per municipality. In municipalities with integrated post journals, you can go straight from a property to related building applications and monitor case handling across a whole project.

Post journals are the municipality's public access register: documents logged in the municipality's case management system. Coverage varies widely between municipalities. Some have full digital integration, others publish only weekly summaries, and some still require a manual request for access. For a developer, the municipality's post journals are often the quickest way to check the status of a building application or zoning plan. This dataset helps you judge how well Placepoint is integrated in the area you work in. Related: Zoning Plans, Regulation plan proposals, Municipal plans.
