What you can do

When you own property over time, the job is knowing what you have, what is changing and where there is spare capacity.

  • Keep your portfolio overview updated automatically
  • Get alerts when new cases are registered on your properties
  • Find companies that are about to move
  • Compare your buildings with the neighbourhood
  • Document risk and condition for the board
“We make active use of Placepoint in our nature-risk mapping. The data is an important part of what we base our decisions on.”
Anne Cecilie Oterkjær, Head of Nature and Environment, OBOS
