Placepoint

Use case: Value and potential

Your valuation rests on evidence you can document.

Much of the time spent on a valuation goes into gathering the data, not assessing it. When Cadaster data, transactions, leases and utilization are all on the same property, that time goes to analysis instead.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked

Ask a question
Does this replace an appraisal?

No. Placepoint gives you the data and an estimate. The assessment and the responsibility lie with whoever carries out the appraisal.

How up to date is the data?

How often data is updated depends on the source. The matrikkel and the land register are updated continuously, while map layers and register data vary. The frequency is stated for each source in the catalogue.

Can I document where a figure comes from?

Yes. The source is shown on the data, so the figures can be checked in a report or a board decision.
