Placepoint

Use case: Portfolio monitoring

Your portfolio changes without anyone telling you. This is where you find out.

New cases, new plans, new owners in the neighbourhood. These changes happen regardless, and whoever spots them last has the least room to act. We monitor your properties and alert you when something happens.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked

Ask a question
How is this different from the Operate phase?

Operate covers the whole operations phase and directs you onwards from there. Portfolio monitoring is the job itself: keeping the overview up to date and getting an alert when something changes.

Where do I get the alerts?

In the platform, and by email if you want them. You decide how often you are alerted and about which events.

How up to date is the data?

How often data is updated depends on the source. The matrikkel and the land register are updated continuously, while map layers and register data vary. The frequency is stated for each source in the catalogue.

Can I document where a figure comes from?

Yes. The source is shown on the data, so the figures can be checked in a report or a board decision.
