For agents and brokers
Faster from instruction to sales particulars and buyer list.
Find the instruction, price it right and find the buyer. All three start with the same lookup.
Used where decisions really matter
What you can do
All three need data on who owns what, what has sold, and who occupies the surrounding buildings.
- Find potential sales instructions in an area
- Bring map extracts and area data straight into the sales particulars
- Price against comparable transactions
- Map likely buyers and what they already own
- Find tenants for vacant premises
“Intuitive, clear, quick response.”
Typical workflow
From first search to decision
Five steps, as they look in Fusion. The screenshots show the feature, not the customer's own data.
