Placepoint

Use case: Find the right property

Filter properties in Norway by what actually matters, instead of hunting for them.

Most property searches start with a list and end with sifting through it by hand. Filter by purpose, utilisation, ownership and risk, and you get a qualified shortlist instead.

Search by what the plan allows, not just by address

Area purpose, utilisation rate, plot size and special consideration zones as filters.

The owner tab with registered owner and contact person

See who owns it before you get in touch

Ownership and company structure on the hits, without looking up each property separately.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked

Ask a question
Can I save searches and get alerts for new hits?

Yes. You can save searches and set them up for monitoring, so you are notified when a new property matches your criteria.

How up to date is the data?

How often data is updated depends on the source. The matrikkel and the land register are updated continuously, while map layers and register data vary. The frequency is stated for each source in the catalogue.

Can I document where a figure comes from?

Yes. The source is shown on the data, so the figures can be checked in a report or a board decision.
