Housing and area reserve (Oslo), linked to every property.
Oslo kommune's own overview of zoned housing in the capital: a combined zoning reserve covering both detailed zoning plans (individual projects) and area zoning plans (larger areas). The dataset gives a strategic overview of where the next wave of development is expected, and how much housing has been secured through zoning but not yet built.

Housing and area reserve (Oslo) in Placepoint
Oslo kommune's own overview of zoned housing in the capital: a combined zoning reserve covering both detailed zoning plans (individual projects) and area zoning plans (larger areas). The dataset gives a strategic overview of where the next wave of development is expected, and how much housing has been secured through zoning but not yet built.
For developers, the housing and area reserve is one of the most direct signals of competition in Oslo: how many apartments are already zoned in an area, and so could reach the market in the next 3 to 7 years. For agents and brokers, it gives useful context for sales prospectuses and price outlooks. The dataset covers Oslo only, but similar zoning reserves for other municipalities are available through Mapped municipal plans.
