Cadastre – Property Map, linked to every property.
The Matrikkel is Norway's official property register, and this dataset provides the foundation of the property data in Placepoint: all parcels (bounded plots of land), matrikkel numbers (gårdsnummer/bruksnummer), boundary points, boundaries and plot area with quality information. Anleggseiendommer (properties above or below ground) are delivered as a flat footprint.

Cadastre – Property Map in Placepoint
The Matrikkel is Norway's official property register, and this dataset provides the foundation of the property data in Placepoint: all parcels (bounded plots of land), matrikkel numbers (gårdsnummer/bruksnummer), boundary points, boundaries and plot area with quality information. Anleggseiendommer (properties above or below ground) are delivered as a flat footprint. The distribution is linked directly to Kartverket. The delay from registration with the municipality to the dataset being updated is normally 30 minutes. Larger uploads can take somewhat longer.
The Matrikkel drives the property click and the property panel in Placepoint, as well as the Property map layer. When you retrieve ownership, ground lease or building information for a property, the Matrikkel's data register sits underneath, combined with the Land Registry for registered rights and encumbrances. Related datasets such as Building age, Apartment building, Commercial buildings and Latest sales (units of use) also draw on the Matrikkel's information model.
Near real time (about 30 minutes).

About the datasetHow often is Cadastre – Property Map updated?

From Kartverket. We collect the data, check its quality and place it on the right property, with the source and date on every field.
How do I see Cadastre – Property Map for a property?
Look up the address in Fusion and turn on the Property map layer. The dataset is a separate layer there, and the details appear in the property panel when you click on the map.
