Sales of housing and holiday homes from the matrikkel for the last 12 months, based on registered transfers of title recorded in Kartverket's systems. The lowest recorded purchase price is NOK 100,000. This threshold filters out symbolic family transfers and pure gifts. We calculate the price per m² where possible.

What the dataset contains

Latest sales (units of use) in Placepoint

Sales of housing and holiday homes from the matrikkel for the last 12 months, based on registered transfers of title recorded in Kartverket's systems. The lowest recorded purchase price is NOK 100,000. This threshold filters out symbolic family transfers and pure gifts. We calculate the price per m² where possible. The dataset is one of the most important sources for valuation, comparative analysis and prospecting in Placepoint.

This dataset does not include housing cooperative (borettslag) flats, because they are sold through Borettsregisteret, not the matrikkel. For a complete picture of an area, combine this dataset with Property prices and Number of transactions (property). Kartverket supplies the dataset.
