For commercial brokers and valuers, the wealth level in an area is an important signal of purchasing power and the potential for high-value retail. For housing developers, it is a factor in target group and price analysis. Read it together with Income and Income and wealth statistics (a more detailed breakdown), and with other socio-economic datasets such as Education Level, Age distribution and Households. Part of Placepoint's Demographics map layer.
