For commercial agents, the brand mix is a detailed indicator of an area's purchasing power and socio-economic profile. Dense clusters of premium brands such as Tesla, Audi or BMW can signal a well-off area. For housing developers, it offers a fairly unique way to understand an area's character beyond standard demographics. Read it together with Cars age, Cars types, Cars and fuel types, Electric cars and Income. Part of Placepoint's Transport and communications map layers.
