For housing developers, being close to registered facilities makes an area more attractive, especially to families with children, and the municipality's documentation of local services in prospectuses and area analyses often draws on this register. For developers planning larger housing projects, the municipality can set phasing requirements (rekkefølgekrav) that sports or outdoor recreation facilities must be built as part of the project, and gaming funds then become relevant. Part of our Family and accessibility map layer. Related: Sports, cultural and religious buildings, Outdoor recreation areas.
