SePlan, already linked to every property.
Geonorge's combined overview of the municipalities' land-use plan databases, with plan ID, dates, plan type and plan status for every registered land-use plan. The dataset powers seplan.geonorge.no and is the national umbrella that links the municipalities' own plan registers.

What the dataset contains
SePlan in Placepoint
Geonorge's combined overview of the municipalities' land-use plan databases, with plan ID, dates, plan type and plan status for every registered land-use plan. The dataset powers seplan.geonorge.no and is the national umbrella that links the municipalities' own plan registers. The plans shown are the municipality's own, so the content depends on the municipality having made its data available in the national spatial data infrastructure.
For a developer, SePlan is the quick way to see which plans exist for an area, the status of each plan, and where to get the full plan document. Distributed by Kartverket. Read the dataset together with Zoning Plans, Regulation plan proposals and Municipal plans. Geosynchronisation status for each municipality is published at seplan.geonorge.no/?tab=geosync.
Municipalities that use geosynchronisation update their plan map data daily. Other municipalities update their plan map data once or twice a year. To see which municipalities use geosynchronisation, go to https://seplan.geonorge.no/ and open 'Status geosync'.
This text is based on the dataset documentation, synced 16 October 2026.

How do I see SePlan for a property?
Look up the address in Fusion. The dataset is in the property panel for the property.
Can I get the dataset programmatically?
Yes. The same data is available in Placepoint API and in Placepoint AI through MCP, so you can bring it into your own systems and agents.
